Manchester United and Man City ‘offered Dybala’ and more transfer rumours

Manchester United and Manchester City are among several Premier League clubs to be offered the chance to sign Paulo Dybala, according to reports.

Both Manchester sides could be on the look out to reinforce their attacking options in 2021 as City look for a successor to legend Sergio Aguero and United hope to find a more long-term solution than Edinson Cavani.

Juventus’ Dybala could be an interesting option as the versatile forward has once been regarded as one of the world’s finest attacking players.

United opened talks to sign the Argentine in 2019, in a swap deal that would have seen Romelu Lukaku head in the opposite direction, but Dybala’s preference was to remain in Turin.

However, his career has stalled as of late and he has started just six times under new manager Andrea Pirlo, despite netting 17 goals and a further notching 14 assists last season.

90min report that as Dybala only has 18 months remaining on his contract at the Old Lady, he is considering his long-term future and could now be open to a move to the Premier League.

It’s claimed that United, City and the rest of the big six have all been made aware of the 27-year-old’s potential availability by his representatives, though the report adds that the English clubs are wary of making a move after he baulked at a switch to the UK last year.

Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be interested if they lose Kylian Mbappe and Juventus, for their part, would like to tie Dybala down to a new contract.

Meanwhile, United are reportedly prepared to make an offer to sign Lucas Vazquez.

Defensa Central  suggest Real Madrid right winger Vazquez has emerged as a shock transfer target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.

They suggest United would like to utilise the Spaniard as an attacking full-back and would be prepared to pay €15m in order the get him.
